From Alpine Linux

Menus of the Packages and Docs pages appear to be currently lagging behind the menu from the main site

Should the menu (top right) at pkg.alpinelinux.org be updated in order to track the menu of the main site more closely, alpinelinux.org, so as to preserve a more standardized front end?

That pkg.alpinelinux.org package site currently lists the following entries in its menu:-

Packages
Contents
Flagged
How to flag
wiki
mirrors
gitlab
git

Compare with the current menu at the main site, alpinelinux.org:-

About
Downloads
Releases
Community
Sponsors
Donate
docs
wiki
git
issues
packages
mirrors
security

Should the following entries be added to the pkg.alpinelinux.org menu, most notably (other links could be used alternatively/additionally)?

Main site [such link to the main site exists also in the wiki menu; see Main Page]
Sponsors
Donate
docs
security

By contrast, the docs.alpinelinux.org has a 'Links' menu at the top right that only offers:-

Home page
Wiki
Package index
Issue tracker
Mirrors

Perhaps it is not as relevant to change this, however.

'Desktop environment' category needs to be deleted, please. It is empty, and 'Desktop' category exists. Thank you. --John3-16 (talk) 23:59, 19 September 2017 (UTC)

This has been done. --John3-16 (talk) 00:15, 20 September 2017 (UTC)

Alpinelinux.org homepage link to 'Security' needs updating

That link points to https://security.alpinelinux.org/ , which currently mentions '3.21-main' and others, so it needs updating to describe v3.22 repos. --John3-16 (talk) 00:24, 11 June 2025‎ (UTC)

Thanks. Added to the relevant issue #17188#note_513011 --Prabuanand (talk) 03:03, 11 June 2025 (UTC)
