Enable webgl on chromium when running on hardened kernel:
 
Edit: <code>/boot/extlinux.conf</code>
 
Add: <code>grsec_sysfs_restrict=0</code> to the end of the of the APPEND line.
 
Don't forget to add it to your update-extlinux.conf
