• Internet connectivity, unless the packages have been pre-fetched into a local cache.
• A non-root user account.
• The community repository must be enabled.
• Set up eudev.
• Install appropriate Graphics driver drivers for your hardware. Without graphics drivers, errors are likely to occur.
