Password for git user?

I think the following warning might be incorrect: "Warning: There is no need to add password to the default git account that was created automatically by the system. We run git via su git."

In my experiments I could not get ssh authentication working without setting a password for the git user (even though password ssh authentication was disabled) Wrycode (talk) 18:25, 30 June 2020 (UTC)
