I have a small issue with this walkthrough and cannot figure it out.
osTicket-v1.9.14.zip has 2 folders in it (Upload and Scripts).
The walkthrough says to unzip osTicket-v1.9.14.zip in place which then produces these two folders. The walkthrough does not include these folders at all, and adding in "upload" into "Prepare the config file" does not seem to fix the issue.
I am not sure who made this walkthrough, but it was edited not that long ago, so hopefully they are able to point anyone following this in the right direction.
