The desktop environment in Alpine has no official desktops, in older versions was Xfce4 but now, any GUI and graphicall interface are community contributed such like LXDE, Mate, some other are available but due some bloaded integration are not complete supported.

Alpine Desktops: Complete Desktops
Alpine are not a graphical focused system, so there's only two complete desktops: XFCE Desktop Environment and LXDE Desktop, that last make also available the Openbox Window Manager.
