To Guest09248: The guide is alpine specific, it seems relevant to me... It's also maintained according to the history. I see no reason why it would be deleted.

There are a few missing steps that turn into warnings in the UI

  • enabling APCu or another cache
 (set in a apcu.ini AND config.php)
