Put important content at top?
Hey, looks like I can't edit this page. I was wondering if it would be possible to move the navigation and welcome section to the top of the page. The warning about the license change is important, however, I don't think that's what most users come to the wiki to read. — Winny (talk) 17:53, 15 August 2022 (UTC)
