Usage
This template should be added at the beginning of pages with misleading names. You can supply a reason for the proposed move with the second argument and/or on the discussion page.

You can override the default discussion page with a third argument:
{{Move|New page name|Reason.|Talk:Alternative Page}}
Flagged pages can be found in Special:WhatLinksHere/Template:Move. Users are welcome to discuss the proposed move or simply to execute it. The {{Move}} flag should be removed after the move is completed or the proposal is rejected.
Example

will produce:
