Busybox modprobe update
Busybox was updated to 1.11.1. It contains a backport of the new modprobe and friends. It fixes the module alias handling and is noticable faster. It has support for modprobe.d dir which means that the modules-update script is no longer needed and is removed.
Support for hwclock as localtime
The hwclock script from openrc was imported. Its now possible to have the hardware clock as localtime instead of UTC. This makes it easier to use Alpine in some virtual environments.
