Proposed changes:

because in 3.2 there is mention of hd: 'change the boot order so that it boots from cd, then hd'
- 1.3 To change this -> choose new floppy image -> to this: choose 'Create a blank floppy image' the way it's written on vmWorkstation..
- 5.3 To expand setup-alpine by including the instructions from the topic Install to disk -> setup-alpine, except for the Reboot part.
- Command grsec pax_nouderef returns 'command not found' (using alpine-3.3.1-x86_64.iso)
