This page is a template and should only be used as part of other articles. For more information, read Help:Template.

Please do not experiment with this template; you could ruin all pages using this template. If you want to edit this template, copy the text to Template:Sandbox, edit and test it there, and copy it back when it works.

Verified template is meant to capture the correctness of a wiki page.

Usage

Add this template in the first line of the page before anything else, so that it appears prominently on the right hand side top corner below the Wiki Page tabs.

  • If Verified template has been added already, increment the number argument, so it acts a manual counter and triggers a non-intrusive update in the page history without affecting the page content.
  • Reset number argument to 0, if major changes in webpage has occurred since the last verified update.
  • In all cases, mark the Wiki Edit summary as Content reviewed and verified for Version x.y.z., where the Version can be whatever is meaningful to the wiki page.
