::No. Lots of pages can potentially link to a template without using it, or needing to be deleted. It also makes it easier to parse with tools. It might help admins to delete pages better (or others to fix the articles / contest their deletion) if this template included a category. <includeonly>[[Category:Articles for deletion]]</includeonly>, for example.
