Verified template is meant to capture the correctness of a wiki page.

Usage

Add this template in the first line of the page before anything else, so that it appears prominently on the right hand side top corner below the Wiki Page Navigation Tabs.

If Verified template has been added already, edit it to increment the number argument, so it triggers a non-intrusive update in the page history.
Reset number argument to 0, if major changes in webpage has occurred since the last verified entry.
In all cases, mark the Wiki Edit summary as Content reviewed and verified for Version x.y.z., where the Version can be whatever is meaningful to the wiki page.
