It seems to me that the command in 'Start LVM During Boot' should be

rc-update add lvm boot

instead of

rc-update add lvm

Did it

I took the liberty to do it. After an hour trying to figure this out, I decided to try it and it worked. It's only when I decided to report a bug or fix the wiki that I say this comment :-D
