The Xorg -configure stuff is nonsense.

Will someone with an actual serial mouse, or an emulator that can simulate one, please find a way to get the mouse going in Xorg via a config file only for the mouse (e.g. /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/serial_mouse.conf. The way it is written on the wiki will almost certainly cause issues.
